Banner Ads & Gold Packages due quarterly, in advance, Cancellation of this contract prior ro contract termination date will result in the balance of the contract becoming immediately due and payable as a cancellation charge. I understand and agree that EducatorsNet has the right to refuse acceptance of any advertisement or make changes as they deem necessary. This contract is governed and construed in accordance with the laws on the province of Ontario, Canada.
